Payment, Cancellation & Travel Fee Policy

1. Payment Due at Booking

To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. Prestige Mobile Phlebotomy Services LLC operates on a mobile, appointment‑based model, and advance payment ensures that your time slot, travel allocation, and clinician are reserved exclusively for you.

• Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received.

• Unpaid bookings will not be held and may be released to other clients.

• Accepted payment methods include card payments, digital payments, or approved third‑party processors.

If you are booking through a direct link or by phone/text, you will receive a secure Paylink to complete payment and finalize your appointment

2. 24‑Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. However, due to the preparation, travel, and time allocated for each appointment:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment are non‑refundable.

• Payments for appointments canceled within 24 hours will be retained as a cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments (“no‑shows”) are non‑refundable and require a new payment to book again.

• Rescheduling outside the 24‑hour window allows your payment to be applied to the new appointment time.

This policy ensures fairness and protects the time and resources reserved specifically for your visit.

3. Travel Fee Policy

Prestige Mobile Phlebotomy Services LLC provides mobile services across Greater Atlanta, Macon, and surrounding rural communities.

• Travel fees are calculated based on distance from the clinician’s dispatch location.

• Travel fees are included in the total cost at the time of booking.

• Additional travel charges may apply for extended distances, rural areas, or last‑minute location changes.

• If travel exceeds the standard service radius, clients will be notified before confirmation

4. Paylink for Appointment Payment

If you are not booking directly through the website, a secure Paylink will be sent to you via text or email.

Your appointment is not confirmed until the Paylink is paid in full.

The Paylink will include:

• Service fee

• Travel fee (if applicable)

• Any add‑on services requested

Once payment is completed, you will receive an Appointment Confirmation Email with your date, time, location, consent form link, and preparation instructions.
